College & Career Ministry
Walking together through life’s transitions.
Our purpose:
The College & Career Ministry at Fellowship Baptist Church exists to walk alongside young adults in the unique and often challenging transition between leaving home and establishing their own.
This season — filled with new freedom, decision, and responsibilities — is also rich with opportunity for spiritual growth, authentic relationships, and meaningful discipleship. Our aim is to build a Christ-centered community where young adults are known, challenged, and encouraged in their faith.
As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
Proverbs 27:17
What We Do
We gather regularly for a variety of social, spiritual, and service-oriented events designed to foster connection, biblical formation, and leadership development.
Activities include:
- Social Events — Country dances, game nights, & fellowship evenings
- Adventures — Hiking trips & group outings
- Teaching Nights — Biblical teaching & Q&A led by pastors and elders
- Discipleship Opportunities — Peer encouragement & mentoring
- Outreach Events — Inviting friends & engaging the community
Our goal is to cultivate an environment where faith takes root, friendships are strengthened, and each member is equipped to serve and lead in the church and beyond.
A Community of Growth & Service
We believe young adults thrive when they’re actively involved — not just attending, but contributing. That’s why we also encourage our members to:
- Take part in hosting & organizing events
- Lead in prayer & discussion
- Serve the broader church community
- Invite & disciple their peers
Through shared experiences and Christ-centered conversations, we’re growing into men and women who know, love, and follow Jesus deeply.
