Ted Fenske – MD

Ted Fenske is a Fellow for Medicine and Public Christianity at the Ezra Institute for
Contemporary Christianity (EICC), speaker for Apologetics Canada, and Fellow-in-training with the Colson Center. As former Clinical Professor with the Division of Cardiology at the University of Alberta and staff cardiologist at the C.K. Hui Heart Centre, he draws from his 30+ years of experience in medicine to speak to the pressing issues of the day with grace and truth. He is an author of numerous books and journals, including Keeping Faith in Medicine: Navigating Secularized Healthcare with Grace and Truth (Ezra Press 2020), and has a passion for Christian worldview equipping ministry. He has spoken in numerous public forums including radio, television and a variety of podcasts on a broad range of topics, spanning from the history of healthcare, to countering abortion and doctor-assisted suicide, and responding to the LGBTQ+ movement and gender confusion, to addressing the concerns around the mental health crisis and pornography addiction, as well as speaking to theodicy and thinking Christianly about work, to critiquing evolutionism and environmentalism. He is happily married with three grown sons and is enjoying the grandparenting phase of life, along with physical fitness and playing instrumental guitar.
